1. The Acer Chromebook Warranty Cashback promotion is valid on brand new (i.e. not second hand or refurbished) purchases made during the promotional period as detailed in the Qualifying Products section of this site. Please click here for details.
  2. The promotion is open to Education Institutes which include Schools, Colleges and Universities and End Users must be a resident of mainland UK including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. This offer is not open to employees of Acer UK Ltd, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion.
  3. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. The total number of permitted cashback claims is 30 claims per 3 month period. This number refers to claims per Educational Institute during the dates of the promotion.
  4. Subject to these terms and conditions End Users can claim their cashback amount after purchasing a Qualifying Chromebook Product and a 3 Year Offsite Warranty. The Warranty must be purchased within 14 days of the Chromebook purchase. End Users can make a claim for a cashback reward equal to the value they paid for the Warranty, as per their invoice.
  5. Acer reserve the right to change qualifying products during the promotional period – please check against your invoice date online or view all offers online to check which offers are available to you.
  6. To take advantage of the promotion participants must visit www.acercashback.com/warrantycashback  and fill out the online claim form. The participant must provide an invoice number & serial number as proof of purchase.
  7. A full and valid claim must be submitted no sooner than 30 days and no later than 60 days from the date of invoice on the Warranty purchase. Proof of purchase for the Chromebook and 3 Year Warranty must be uploaded at the time of making a claim. If claims are submitted before or after this claim window they will be deemed invalid.
  8. The promotion is only valid for end user customers; claims for products purchased which will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible for this promotion.
  9. Once the claim has been received, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim form by email from help@acercashback.com  stating whether or not the claim for cashback has been successful. It is the claimant's responsibility to contact the agent using the email address above within seven days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
  10. Bank transfers cannot be made out to individuals except where the product has been purchased for personal use and the claimant's name and personal address appears as the recipient on the proof of purchase invoice.
  11. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, a refund for the relevant amount will be paid to you by bank transfer. Cashback payments are made within 30 days of claim validation.
  12. The rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
  13. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The cashback will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Return of a qualifying Acer product to the seller following submission of the claim for the cashback will disentitle the participant to the cashback.
  14. In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the cashback claim period and if the cashback claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and you will need to re- submit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If the either product is returned after the cashback claim has been accepted and paid, it is at Acer's discretion to deduct the cashback amount from any future refunds relating to this order.
  15. Cashbacks are paid out based on the price paid excluding VAT.

  17. Acer reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  18. Acer is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  19. Acer reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
  20. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of Acer and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future Acer promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
  21. The decisions of Acer in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
  22. Acer reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
  23. Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cashback will be refused.
  24. Acer regrets that it is unable to accept or send any other correspondence concerning the promotion other than as set out in these terms and condition.
